In 2010 I finished the most grueling military training in the world, BUD/S, where I was awake for 5.5 days, enduring the worst imaginable experiences.

In 2023 I was named the "Sleep Genius" after helping a cohort of active duty Navy S.E.A.L.s in the 62romeo program. Since then I have taken on clients for Sleep Coaching and Keynote Speeches.
From staying awake for more than 5 days in Navy SEAL training, to long hours on deployments, to writing research papers on Sleep Science in Graduate School, I have experienced every level of sleep. Now, the culmination of my work, and following God’s path, I have consolidated everything I have into one app to serve our country. This app has the ability to shift things for good. It is already making a difference and it hasn’t even been released yet.
